Board of Directors

According to our bylaws, the affairs of the Association shall be managed by the Board of Directors. Over this next year, we aim to improve access to information and become a more transparent organization. Please give us your input on anything you believe we need to prioritize.

Bob Stefko, President

We're thrilled to have Bob's leadership on the Ptarmigan Owners Association Board of Directors. Elected to a two-year term at the 2025 AGM, he will serve as President of the board through the 2027 AGM. During this last year on the board, he was instrumental in getting the mail building completed. He has strong knowledge of Ptarmigan history, our bylaws and architecture. He completed a gorgeous remodel in his unit 101 Lost Trail, removing the spiral staircase and adding a huge deck.

Roger Sievers, Vice President

Since becoming a Ptarmigan Owner in 2002, Roger has served on multiple Boards Of Directors, once as Secretary and now as Vice President. He maintains encyclopedic knowledge of the bylaws, and will be leading the committee on Fire Mitigation and Tree Removal. His background includes serving in the U.S. Army, attending graduate school at USC, and working as an analyst and manager in the CIA for over 30 years. Roger and his wife Luann are lot owners of 212 Margaret Court. They became full-time Montana residents in 2019 and enjoy various outdoor activities, like biking, hiking, kayaking, and skiing.

Angela Sanders, Treasurer

Angela has supported the board over the last year as both secretary and treasurer. She was just re-elected to a two year term at the 2026 AGM and will serve as Treasurer for the next year. In this role, she'll maintain fiscal records, manage budgets, and provides oversight and compliance. Her background includes an MBA from Washington University and 20 years of marketing for large, multi-unit companies like Subway. Angela and her husband Ron have owned since 2023. She enjoys skiing Whitefish Mountain, hiking in Glacier National Park, and serving on the Ptarmigan board.

Dan Novellano, Secretary

We are lucky to have Dan's expertise on the Ptarmigan Owners Association Board of Directors. He he will serve on the board through the 2027 AGM in the role of Secretary. He's responsible for record keeping, including the recording of BOD meeting minutes. During our recent AGM, he was instrumental in overseeing and verifying the vote. He has is an attorney by trade, but unfortunately he is not licensed to practice in the state of Montana. However, that won't keep us from asking his advice.

Keith Beyersdorfer, Director

Keith is a new owner to Ptarmigan, and newly elected to the Board of Directors. We are impressed with Keith's experience in construction and property management. He looks to support maintenance planning, ensure building safety, and improving communication with homeowners. When he's not in Ptarmigan Village, he's attending to grandchildren in St. Louis, or to his other HOA Association in Aruba. Welcome aboard Keith!

Gordon MacMorran, Director

Since becoming an owner in 2023, Gordon has come to value the Ptarmigan community, its setting, and the shared responsibility residents have to preserve and strengthen it. He welcomes the opportunity to contribute his time and experience as a Board member. He supports responsible governance, protecting the community’s long-term value, and ensuring Ptarmigan remains an exceptional place to own and enjoy. When he's not at Ptarmigan, he's down at the Ice Den playing Hockey, or working in LA.

Elections are held each year during the Annual General Meeting. If you would like to run for office, please submit a statement of intent to secretary@ptarmiganvillage.com between September 1-30, 2027. Results will be announced at the meeting.
